WICHEA092Our first new video seminar, a new logo and booth and a twice-repeated "Workshop" opportunity at the Wisconsin state home school conference made our visit very rewarding. Sponsored by the Wisconsin CHEA (Christian Home Education Association) affiliate group, the conference was held in nearly unpronounceable Oconomowoc, Wisconsin located between Madison and Milwaukee.

FreedomProject "INCH'es Forward

INCH Conference

Our new pass-along and DVD/video promotional movie helped us "INCH" ahead in our new program to reach America with the philosophy of the founders, and the principles of American government and culture.

 From May 14th to 16th, American Opinion Foundation and our new "FreedomProject" were showcased at the annual Michigan state home school conference, sponsored by "INCH" - the Information Network for Christian Homes in the "Great Lakes State." A well-attended and well-run conference that boasts over 3,000 homeschool attendees provided a warm welcome for the FreedomProject.

Government School "Parent" Leaves Many Behind

The invitation to attend a lecture at my alma mater, Marian College in Indianapolis, Indiana, was one I eagerly accepted.  This opportunity to learn about the latest in education attracted several high-profile people and many educators.

After nearly four decades of summer camp programs that had profound impact on hundreds of American youth, we have moved into the 21st century with our educational efforts. As Director of the FreedomProject, let me welcome you to a time-honored body of knowledge known and available to only a relative handful of Americans.

Speaking The Truth To All - Even The King

The primary interest and mission of the staff and supporters of our FreedomProject is the restoration of truth, and honest government and character to the American nation. In the course of creating and dispensing truth we are often confronted with three forms of opposition. The principles of the FreedomProject are not self-generated, but adopted from the strong foundations of liberty, self-governing character, and the rule of law of our founders and the early American people.

The first group in opposition, or at least uninterested in a return to these principles is composed of those who have no understanding, and thus simply cling to the status quo, the norm of the day. Change is difficult for most everyone unless there is a body of evidence that supports the change or a compelling reason that they know and believe. This is true, even when the change is a return to solid principled behavior of the past that has fallen out of style, or simply has been forgotten. For the most part, this is simply a lack of information and perspective, and is an honest and innocent, but misguided opposition.
