Doctrines of Democrats: The Un-Christian Party

Let’s not sugar coat things. For people with the most basic understanding of God’s word, Democrat presidential nominees claiming to be Christian is not only confusing, but the epitome of hypocrisy.

In both actions and words, the six front-runners for the Party’s nomination are about as far from biblical morality and interpretation as we’ve seen in politics. From discrimination against Christians, to raising taxes, to forcing people to go against their conscience or decriminalizing prostitution, these are some of the most extreme stances this nation has seen on center stage.

Whether it’s attacking conservatives, mocking God, competing to see who can be more radical on abortion, or completely misinterpreting Scripture, they’re not fooling anyone – we hope.

Every single 2020 Democrat would force American taxpayers to cover the life-destroying act of abortion, and many of them even said they would ban abstinence-only sex education.

Doesn’t sound very tolerant to me.

Let’s start with old Joe Biden, who most likely will be dropping out of the race soon. His record with the Obama administration is clear, particularly in snubbing conservative, Christian, and religious Americans who believe in God, the traditional family, and natural marriage.

Not that it makes any difference, but Joe Biden was recently denied communion by a Catholic Church due to his extreme stance on abortion. But let’s move on.

Elizabeth Warren, the former Methodist, has a history of lying and supports abortion up until the moment of birth. And yet, she says she believes in the worth of every human being. Warren obviously doesn’t think a baby in the womb is human – until it’s out of the birth canal.

She even voted against a bill that would protect babies born alive during botched abortions, which happens more frequently than we want to admit.

Next, the gospel of Bernie Sanders, a secular Jew, includes the separation of Christianity and state; keep God out of the public square and especially out of government. Sanders has gone on record saying “it is hateful” and “indefensible” to believe Jesus is the only way to salvation.

Many Democrats think the same thing: if you believe the Bible is true, you’re from Mars or something.

Feel the Bern seems to follow the ABC philosophy; anything but Christ, stating: “I think everyone believes God in their own way… all of us are connected, all of life is connected.”

Then we have the Christian Left’s darling candidate, Cory Booker, who gives lip service to the idea of God but continues to promote godlessness. He thinks Christian conservatives are unfit to serve in public office and condemned Mike Pompeo for believing homosexuality is a sin.

Booker also supports a “right” to abortion in federal legislation, and would repeal the Hyde Amendment which restricts taxpayer funding of abortion.

Back in May, while commenting on gun violence and policy, he criticized people who, during tragedies, offer thoughts and prayers to those involved. He actually said, that “to me is just bullsh**.”

No wonder liberal Democrats like him.

Finally, there’s Episcopalian and proudly gay, Mayor Pete Buttigieg who preaches what most of us might consider another gospel or another Jesus. Seriously, his church just elected a gay bishop who is also married to a man.

Mayor Pete also married his current husband in the Episcopal Church and has been heralded as a leader of the Christian Left. Buttigieg has hijacked the Scriptures for his own purposes in the hopes of attracting ad deceiving those who have little idea of what the Bible actually teaches.

He recently said,

“There’s simply no way that a literal understanding of Scripture can fit into the Bible that I find in my hands. Jesus speaks so often in hyperbole and parable, in mysterious code.”
Wait, what? Jesus taught clearly and often used parables to make spiritual truths understandable to all people, not just educated religious leaders.

Author and teacher, Peter Heck rightly says Buttigieg is way off in his attempt at interpreting basic theology because he simply wants to justify his homosexual lifestyle and marriage despite warnings against it in both the New and Old Testaments.

Peter Heck concludes a recent article by saying:

“The gospel of Pete is merely a progressive political agenda lightly marinated in the language of Scripture. A discerning mind will not confuse it with the soul-changing power of the gospel of Christ.”
The small town Indiana Mayor even said his marriage to a man has moved him closer to God. We can only hope it will bring him to the truth and to repentance as well.

Why is this important? Because one of these political candidates could be elected president of the United States in less than a year, and they are destroying people’s understanding of what it means to be Christian in today’s world.
