Even Cher Does Not ‘Believe’ In Bernie’s Crazy Idea

If you are a lefty politician and Cher comes out against you, you did something insane.

Most people did not watch or even know that on Monday, April 22 CNN televised a town hall from New Hampshire that included five of the now 20 Democrat candidates for president in the upcoming 2020 election. Frankly, everyday Americans had more important things to do, like figure out who will be offed on the next episode of Game of Thrones.

In summary, each lefty attempted to out lefty the other lefties. And they were all running to the left of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT). But Sanders had the comment and policy idea that even Cher could not say, “I got you Bernie.”

Sanders reiterated his proposal to allow felons, currently serving prison terms, the right to vote in elections. When asked specifically by a young woman if this includes murderers, like the Boston Marathon bomber, who is also a domestic terrorist, Sanders said yes.

"I think the right to vote is inherent to our democracy,” Sanders told the student. “Yes, even for terrible people, because once you start chipping away and you say, 'Well, that guy committed a terrible crime; not going to let him vote. Well, that person did that; not going to let that person vote. You're running down a slippery slope."

Cher, who is no fan of President Donald Trump or conservatives, put out her thoughts about Sanders’ comment questioning why the bomber, murderers, rapists, and child molesters should get the right to vote. If Cher is questioning the crazy of Sanders, that is saying something for American society in the cheap seats.

Cher is against thieves voting, but the jury is still out on gypsies and tramps. This transitions into the ideas of Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA). The highlight of her time on the stage was her promise to the American people that she will put forth gun reform via executive order if in her first 100 days of office Congress does not act.

“Upon being elected, I will give the United States Congress 100 days to get their act together and have the courage to pass reasonable gun-safety laws,” Harris said. “If they fail to do it, then I will take executive action.”

Harris wants to take away your guns, and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) wants to take away your money. Before the town hall on Monday, Warren announced that she had solved the student loan debt problem through a one-time taxpayer-funded $640 billion payout to wipe out most of the college loan debt of 42 million Americans. Add that into Warren’s plan, and for $1.25 trillion college will be completely free. Who is footing the bill? Warren says just tax the extremely wealthy at an additional two percent.

“Now that you've got that great fortune, spend just a minute to remember how you got it,” Warren said in a comment directed at the successful entrepreneurs. “You built that great business, or your ancestors did, using workers that all of us helped pay to educate. You got your goods to market using roads and bridges that all of us helped pay to build. You are protected in your factories with firefighters and police officers that all of us helped to pay.”

Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) and Democrat Pete Buttigieg, mayor of South Bend, Ind., also spoke at the town hall, but they were milk toast in comparison to Sanders, Warren, and Harris.

Only one-quarter of the candidates were on stage at the town hall to explain their ideas, and they were not even on stage at the same time. Imagine all of them trying to out crazy one another? With the primary debates still two months away, and this level of insanity already reached, Cher and the rest of society will have a few more ideas to admonish.
