Pelosi To Push Radical Progressivism
Published : November 9, 2018
Stepping out of Hollywood, and back into reality, the 2018 midterm election results had some good, bad, and ugly. Obviously the good was the expansion of the Republican-controlled Senate from 51 seats to potentially 55 seats, meaning President Trump can continue his record appointments of conservative federal judges. Senate Republicans will be able to easily approve new Cabinet nominees from attorney general to defense secretary.
"By gaining rather than losing Senate seats, it means Republicans have a vastly improved chance of keeping control through 2020, when they will be defending 22 of 34 seats up for grabs,” wrote Richard Wolf and Marueen Groppe of USA Today.
It also means that when Nancy "Nurse Ratched" Pelosi and her One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest comrades attempt to waste their time with bogus investigations instead of legitimate legislation, the Republican-controlled Senate can easily stop loony impeachment actions as it did in 1998 for President Bill Clinton.
Another good was President Trump’s enthusiastic campaigning coattail effect that set historical records by gaining Republicans in the Senate and diminishing the Democrat expansion in the House to 27 as compared to President Obama's disastrous 2010 midterm effect where he lost 63 in the House and six in the Senate. Even with Hollywood stars and celebrities, like Oprah Winfrey campaigning in Georgia and Taylor Swift in Tennessee, and despicable late night comedians attacking Trump as a racist, homophobic-Hitler, along with millions spent across America by special interests and fake media hype, the Democrats were unable to stop the Trump Republican machine.
But with all that good, much bad and ugly could potentially come out of the House with Pelosi in change once again. The intentions of Pelosi’s colleague Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) continues to be impeachment of President Trump, facts be damned. Adding now outright socialist Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-NY) and many more big government Democrats, the call has been made for expanded federal intervention, with higher taxes, and more Washington rules and regulations on businesses and the American people.
Pelosi has made it clear in intent to expand the 1964 Civil Rights Act with the passage of the Equality Act, which would directly add special protections for feminist women, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals. Pelosi is vehement in stating opposition to a border wall, while supporting sanctuary cities and the influx of illegal aliens into a borderless America. She will ignore MS-13 gangsters and alien drug criminals infiltrating America while calling for stricter gun control laws. And last but not least, Pelosi is dedicated to expanding the unaffordable Affordable Care Act with more centralized government control of health care.
Almira Gulch, Nurse Ratched, and Nancy Pelosi all have one thing in common. They want to tell you how to live your life and believe they know what is best for you and your little dog, too. For them it is too bad they do not have full control of the script. For everyone else it is another example of the brilliance of our Founders and the Republic they created.
